To create an intimate environment, we are maxing the retreat to (9) attendees plus our educators. The guest list will remain secret until you arrive at the retreat. Who doesn't love a bit of mystery?!
Is there a list of who is attending and how many?
It stands for community over competition in Washington DC, and is an organization dedicated to fostering long lasting relationships between luxury wedding professionals in intimate settings. We are all about collaboration and connection in the luxury wedding industry. Connect with fellow vendors, share stories, and build relationships that go beyond the mountains of the Poconos. It's networking without the "ick"
What is COCDC?
Travel, any of the surrounding area activities, alcoholic beverages other than the wine pairing + welcome beverages. Also, any aspects listed with ** will be an additional cost.
What is not included in the retreat package?
There are no refunds or exchanges for a future retreat if you are unable to attend. You may, however, transfer or sell your ticket to another person.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
To be able to foster new relationships, there is a limit of (1) ticket per company/business with a max of (2) businesses per profession. You may get "refunded" if there are too many attendees from one single profession.
Am I able to have my colleague tag along?
It will be winter in the mountains of Pennsylvania. A vehicle with 4-wheel drive is recommended. There will be a sign-up sheet to carpool.
How are the conditions of the area?
