Running my own wedding business has taught me A LOT about the importance of having efficient, client-friendly processes. It’s so easy for wedding pros to get stuck in the day-to-day and endless to-do list for their clients’ weddings, that we often forget to take a step back and look at the details of our own businesses.
The reality is: if you don’t have a streamlined client experience from start to finish, you’re leaving opportunities and money on the table. You could be forgetting essential steps to your process, and could be potentially under-delivering the quality of service to your clients.
If you’re feeling frazzled by your day-to-day work, or feel like your client experience may not be up to par, let’s chat. It’s time to stop reinventing the wheel.
A wedding planner coach, business strategist, and no-fluff systems expert with over a decade of experience in events, hospitality, and creative entrepreneurship.
I started my journey working behind the scenes in both sales and operations with venues, caterers, and wedding planners around the Washington DC area. I know this world inside and out. I’ve been the planner buried in inboxes, managing timelines with 43 tabs open, and wondering if anyone else is just... winging it. (Spoiler: a lot of them are.)
That’s what led me to start coaching. I take everything I’ve learned, from managing hundreds of weddings and events, to building systems and standard operating procedures that actually work, to fostering and training teams that truly support one another and the mission. My role is to help you build a business that doesn’t just look good online, but feels good to run every day.
Now, as a wedding planner coach, I help planners, florists, and photographers clean up their backend, reclaim their time, and run businesses that truly work for them and not the business running them.

I waited a year before I finally booked Becca. I am a smaller wedding planning business in the Catskills and I was ready to take my side hustle and make it into my primary income. She helped me organize my business, master my systems and streamline so many things. Best investment I have ever made as a business owner. So don't wait like I did just go for it and book her! You won't have any regrets.
