Day 4 wraps up the retreat with a thoughtful close. We’ll gather one last time over breakfast to reflect and reconnect about the retreat experience before departures. It’s an unhurried morning designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take everything you’ve learned back into your business.
Day 4 - March 5th 2026:
Day 2 is all about alignment, intention, and forward motion. The morning begins with a nourishing breakfast and optional sensory-awakening experiences designed to ground and energize you before we shift into powerful group goal-setting. The afternoon is dedicated to focused work sessions with built-in space to move the needle in your business. We’ll wrap with a relaxed group dinner + game night to connect and laugh.
Day 2 - March 3rd 2026:
Day 3 is where strategy meets momentum. We’ll ease into the morning with breakfast before diving into a full day of high-impact education sessions and an interactive breakout. In the afternoon, opt into a rejuvenating individual activity or simply soak in the surroundings before we close the day with a celebratory farewell dinner . The night ends on a nostalgic high note with a cozy, feel-good ’90s PJ slumber party because growth deserves a little fun too.
Day 3 - March 4th 2026:
Day one sets the tone for the entire retreat. After arrival and check-in, we’ll gather for a welcome meet-and-greet and enjoy dinner together as we connect with fellow wedding pros. The night wraps with an intimate group activity (yes, outdoors - bring warm layers!) that’s equal parts fun, so needed, and memorable.

Leah Weinberg – founder of Weinberg Legal – is an attorney, a recovering wedding planner, and the author of The Wedding Roller Coaster.
After nearly a decade in the wedding industry as the owner of Color Pop Events, a New York City-based wedding planning company, Leah returned to her roots as an attorney to assist her former colleagues in the events industry, along with other entrepreneurs and business owners.
A WeddingPro Educator with The Knot + WeddingWire since 2020, Leah travels throughout the country and internationally sharing insight with her peers at conferences and organizations such as DWP Congress, Be Sage Conference, Coterie Retreat, RSVP Club, WIPA, and NACE.
Leah is honored to serve on the Allied Council for the National Society of Black Wedding and Event Professionals (NSBWEP) while also mentoring through NSBWEP's Mentor Program and WeddingPro's Fellowship for Change program.

Intimate, Inclusive, and Intentional was what came to mind when manifesting this retreat. It's focus is to create an intimate environment to build true, honest, and deep connections with other wedding professionals in a space that feels welcoming and accepting. Focus is to make it easy and all-inclusive as possible to not have to stress about where to stay, where to go eat, etc.
What's Special about this retreat?
To be able to foster new relationships, there is a limit of (1) ticket per company/business. This retreat is for owners and operators.
Am I able to have my colleague or employee Come with me?
To create an intimate environment, we are maxing the retreat to (9) attendees plus our educators. The guest list will be available once registration is closed.
Is there a list of who is attending and how many?
There are no refunds or exchanges for a future retreat if you are unable to attend. You may, however, transfer or sell your ticket to another person.
What is your refund or exchange policy for my ticket?
Travel, any of the surrounding area activities, alcoholic beverages other than the wine pairing + welcome beverages. Also, any aspects listed with ** will be an additional cost.
What is not included in the retreat package?
It will be winter in the mountains of Pennsylvania. A vehicle with 4-wheel drive is recommended. There will be a sign-up sheet to carpool once registration is closed.
How are the Weather conditions in the area?
The vibe of the retreat is comfy aprés ski chic. Here is a link to some inspo outfits. Yet, feel free to where whatever is most comfortable to you. No pressure!
